  • Photos you upload: Images you provide for AI processing are sent to our servers for generation. We do not retain your original photos after processing is complete.
  • Device identifiers: A randomly generated device ID is used to associate your generations and purchases. We do not collect your Apple ID, name, or email address unless you contact support.
  • Purchase data: Subscription and credit purchase records are managed by Apple through the App Store. We receive transaction confirmations but do not process or store payment information.
  • Usage analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., which templates are popular) to improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Process your AI image and video generation requests
  • Manage your subscription and credit balance
  • Improve our AI models and app experience
  • Provide customer support when you reach out to us

3. Data Storage & Security

Generated images and videos are stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase). Your generated content is accessible only to you via your device. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Replicate: For AI image and video generation processing
  • Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication
  • Apple App Store: For subscription and purchase management

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@zeneralabs.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately.
