1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Zova (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by Zenera Labs LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”).

2. Description of Service

Zova is an AI-powered photo and video editing application. Users can upload photos, apply AI templates, generate styled images and videos, and export their creations. The service requires an internet connection for AI processing.

3. User Accounts

The App currently uses device-based identification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your device.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and managed by Apple.
  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
  • Refund requests should be directed to Apple through their Report a Problem page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third party's rights
  • Upload images of individuals without their consent
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Circumvent any access controls or usage limits
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated outputs are provided for your personal use. The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of Zenera Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI outputs will meet your expectations. Generation quality may vary based on input quality and the AI models used.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenera Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
